Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for ordering from GreenFit! And becoming apart of the GreenFit lifestyle.
We only accept returns for exchanges or store credit; they must be done within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, products will not be accepted after 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers will be responsible for any shipment fees for returns & exchanges; unless the item is faulty or a defective item (see below).
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
There are certain situations where only exchanges/credit may not be granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Faulty or defective items
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information within 30 days or receiving products:
Your order number
Which item is damaged
If proof of damage has not been verified by a member of the GreenFit support team, we cannot action a credit or exchange.
Once a GreenFit representative has verified your query, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our GreenFit support team, it may result in a longer resolution time.
It is not always required to return the faulty item.

All items ending in $0.96, $0.97, are FINAL SALE. (bodysuits, swimsuits, sports bras or undergarments are non-returnable).
